Job Description
Multiple positions available, locations: Ipoh, Taiping
- Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with customers
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations
- Contribute to team effort by optimizing the effort to accomplish related results as needed
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM certificate and above
- Passionate on phone technology, familiar with the current market trend
- Responsible, able to work independently and as a team player
- Good communication and negotiation skills, able to serve customers in a patience & friendly environment
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic Microsoft Office
- Minimum 1 years of sales experience is an added advantag
- Willing to work 6 days in a week
- Immediate starters are highly preferred
