About the role
As a System Support Officer/Executive (Digitalization), you will be responsible to manage and support business systems, ensure data accuracy and security, optimize workflows, and assist in digitalization projects.

What you'll be doing

• Support ERP/CRM/HR and inventory system maintenance and user management.
• Prepare and update key business reports with accurate data analysis.
• Assist in optimizing workflows and driving digital automation.
• Participate in digitalization project testing, rollout, and documentation.
• Ensure data security, access control, and system compliance.
• Provide support for other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements

What we're looking for

• Candidate with at least a Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• If you have minimum of 1 year of experience in a system support role, it is an added advantage.
• Required languages: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is required to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
