Job Description

  •    Talent Acquisition
  1. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding by implementing effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, prioritize positions, and align recruitment efforts with business objectives
  3. Drive the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, hiring manager satisfaction, and candidate experience ratings
  4. Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement
  5. Develop and manage the annual talent acquisition budget, monitoring recruitment expenses (e.g., job advertising, recruitment agency fees) to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimize spending
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into talent acquisition strategies
  •  Employer Branding
  1. Lead, develop, and implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice
  2. Collaborate with Marketing and Product Training teams to ensure brand consistency
  3. Manage company’s employer brand presence on career websites and social media platforms (e.g., Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Glassdoor) by developing engaging content such as employee testimonials and company culture etc. to showcase company culture
  4. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends
  5. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as social media followers, engagement rates, and job application volume
  • Employee Movement
  1. Oversee internal employee movements, including promotions, reassignment, transfers, and secondments, ensuring alignment with business needs and employee career growth
  2. Collaborate with department heads to plan succession strategies and career development opportunities for employees
  3. Track and manage workforce mobility to ensure effective utilization of internal talent pipelines and career progression
  4. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in organizational development and implement relevant strategies and interventions 

Job Requirements

  •   Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • Min. 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify root causes of issues and develop effective interventions
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to analyze complex organizational issues and develop data-driven solutions
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive change and gain buy-in from stakeholders
