Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage full-cycle recruitment, support employer branding activities and performance management. This role is essential in building a robust talent pipeline, ensuring seamless recruitment operations, and developing, implementing, and interpreting Performance Management policies, procedures, and processes and evaluating their effectiveness in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Role Description
<ins>Candidate Screening &amp; Selection</ins>
<ol>
<li>Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.</li>
<li>Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.</li>
<li>Assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.</li>
</ol>
<ins>Talent Sourcing &amp; Attraction</ins>
<ol>
<li>Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and professional networks.</li>
<li>Create engaging and informative job postings.</li>
<li>Leverage employee referrals and passive sourcing techniques.</li>
</ol>
<ins>Recruitment Process Management</ins>
<ol>
<li>Manage the recruitment workflow from initial contact to onboarding.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and updated records in the HR system</li>
<li>Prepare offer letters and facilitate onboarding procedures.</li>
<li>Other administrative related tasks as required.</li>
</ol>
<ins>Employer Branding</ins>
<ol>
<li>Represent the company at job fairs and industry events.</li>
<li>Contribute to employer branding content and campaigns.</li>
<li>Promote the organization as an employer of choice across platforms.</li>

<ins>Performance Management</ins>

<li>Develops, implements, and interprets Performance Management policies, procedures, and processes and evaluates their effectiveness to ensure they are updated accordingly</li>
<li>Drive the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations, and performance calibration sessions, in partnership with functional leaders.</li>
<li>Provide expert guidance and consultation to managers and employees on performance management best practices, tools, and processes to ensure consistency and fairness</li>
</ol>
