Job Description

1) Assist the team with the recruitment process such as processing applicants, screening resumes, sources candidates and scheduling interviews.

2) Assist the team with candidate searches externally to build a candidate pipeline via cold calling, social networking, data mining, resume databases, job postings, employee referrals, associations, and campus alumni.

3) Assist the team with recruitment related activities like onboarding, background verification, documentation, transfers, offboarding, etc.

4) Draft, prepare, and post job announcements (to internal and external sites)

Job Requirements

1) Have good communication and interpersonal skills

2) Must be pro-active, take initiative and willing to take responsibilities

3) Good English language proficiency.

4) Able to read/write in Mandarin language will be an added advantage

5) Good abilities to deal with challenging tasks in a fast paced environment.

6) 5 minutes walking distance from MRT Bandar Utama Station
