Store Image Supervisor

Job Description

Job Descriptions:

To do space arrangement and layout for new & existing store
To coordinate new & existing store fit-up/upgrading works
To monitor store renovation works at store
To check installation and testing of equipment
Ensure renovation is building up in good and proper technical
Review the quality and quantity of the work completed to ensure that it meets the standards
Manage POP/ POSM materials inventory
Develop a detailed project plan to track daily/weekly progress
To execute any ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Building Management/ Engineering/ Architecture/ Interior Design or any related field
Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Merchandising or equivalent
Clear understanding of project management/programming and layout
Self-motivated and pro-active with clear drive to deliver
Strong communication skills and must be able to deal with tenant, supplier, vendor and/ or contractors
Good planning and organizational skills
Must be willing to travel and work when required
Able to work in fast-paced working environment
