Job Description

  •  Always maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all staff and business associates.
  •  Leading and/or assisting in day-to-day finance operation leading to the month-end closing of different entities.
  •  Leading and/or assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements for local audits process.
  •  Leading and/or assisting day-to-day tax related issues such as the collection of invoices, issuance of invoices as well as periodical tax filing.
  •  Control day to day payment operations and activities.
  •  Being the contact point for book-keepers, auditors, tax consultants, local banks and other external parties.
  •  To review operational procedures and suggest internal controls from time to time for optimum operational level.
  •  To ensure compliance to all regulation requirements.
  •  Assist in other ad-hoc admin and finance assignment when required.
  •  This is, without a doubt, an opportunity to shape the company’s future. You’ll support and help define our initiatives and build a baseline for present and subsequent successes, whilst contributing directly to our growth.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken and written English is key.
  • Degree / Professional Certificate in Accounting/ Finance/ Business or equivalent. 
  • At least 1 year (4 or more years for Senior) of experience in doing full set of accounts, reconciliation and reporting. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes. Some background knowledge of Company Law will be a bonus.
  • Proficient in MsOffice (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
