Job Description

Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and internal controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  •  Conduct risk assessments across funds, portfolios, and operational processes, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies to manage compliance and operational risks.
  •  Perform ongoing compliance monitoring, audits, and regulatory reporting, including preparation of reports for senior management, Board, and regulators.
  •  Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, leveraging AI and data analytics tools to track risk indicators, compliance breaches, and key metrics, and translate complex data into actionable insights.
  •  Drive automation and continuous improvement of risk and compliance processes (e.g. reporting, monitoring, onboarding), and leverage RegTech solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  •  Conduct investigations into potential breaches, recommend remediation actions to strengthen internal controls, and collaborate with internal stakeholders, auditors, and regulators to ensure effective implementation.
  •  Provide structured training in AML/CFT regulations, risk and compliance frameworks, Power BI data analytics, and AI-driven automation tools to enhance compliance monitoring, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

     

  •  A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Candidates with data analytics, Power BI, and automation experience alongside compliance or risk knowledge will have an advantage.
  •  At least 2 years’ relevant experience in risk management and/or compliance within fund management, banking, or insurance.
  •  Strong knowledge of applicable policies, laws, regulations, and professional standards, preferably within the capital markets environment.
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with hands-on experience in Power BI, data analytics, and familiarity with AI and automation tools to support reporting and process efficiency.
  •  Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
