Job Description

 KEY RESULT AREAS

  • To build, acquired and grow business with diversified clientele as below and in line with the company’s vision and mission and complying with the company’s business ethics and investment philosophy in order to achieve the company’s AUM target allocated by the Management.

- Institutional

- Government-Linked Companies, Federal and State Agencies, Statutory Bodies; or

- Public Listed Companies, SMEs, High Net-Worth Individuals; or

- Business Partners

  • To provide excellent professional service and support at all times to meet the demands and expectations of the Client or Business Partners.
  • To show a high level of teamwork; understand and support team goals/target and actively contribute to team performance. Able to work closely with personnel from other departments.
  • To deliver quality work, manage time and resources effectively, and ensure that all work processes adhere to OpusAM & the Business Development Division’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Ensure strict compliance to regulations, Security Commission Guidelines, internal guidelines, etc and full compliance of internal and external policies and procedures in the areas of responsibilities.
  • To show a high level of teamwork; understand and support team goals/target and actively contribute to team performance. Able to work closely with personnel from other departments.
  • To deliver quality work, manage time and resources effectively, and ensure that all work processes adhere to OpusAM & the Business Development Division’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Job Requirements

 Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Minimum a degree in Marketing / Business / Finance / Investment / Accounting or any other related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably 1 to 2 years of sales experience in financial products.
  • Experience in handling business partners in banking and financial sector would be an advantage (for Business Partners only).
  • Experience in private or priority banking would be viewed positively (for Business Partners).
  • Sales-driven, proactive, results-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, dynamic, good interpersonal skills and aggressive individual with proven track records.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to establish collaboration with various stakeholders across boundaries, and a strong team player.
  • Knowledge in investment products, financial and capital markets and instruments would be an advantage.
