Job Description

  • Assist in the development and implementation of the marketing and brand strategy.
  • Work closely with Marketing Team on communicating the intended message through creative design.
  • Design and coordinate the delivery of all marketing materials to include, mailers, property flyers, e-blasts, brochures, booklets, floor plans, signage, maps and presentation graphics.
  • Update existing marketing materials and templates consistently.
  • Maintain website and listing site data.
  • Bring creativity and innovation to existing marketing practices.
  • Develop and manage corporate social media platforms.
  • Seek out new marketing trends.
  • Assist with the planning of marketing strategies to grow online sales and traffic and engagement.
  • Interpret and understand every creative brief presented and finalization of all marketing communication materials.
  • Respond to owner and broker requests.
  • Coordinate mass marketing mailings.
  • Coordinate final artwork with external vendors for print production and ensure the material is printed within accurate specification.
  • Re-design, amend and update existing property marketing materials.
  • Other ad hoc tasks and duties to be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

A. Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Arts, or related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role (Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply)

B. Technical Skills

  • Proficient in design software:
    • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) 
    • Canva / Figma (optional but a plus)
       
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Basic photography, video editing, and motion graphics skills are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a bonus.

C. Soft Skills

  • Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
