<li>Design and coordinate the delivery of all marketing materials to include, mailers, property flyers, e-blasts, brochures, booklets, floor plans, signage, maps and presentation graphics.</li>
<li>Update existing marketing materials and templates consistently.</li>
<li>Maintain website and listing site data.</li>
<li>Bring creativity and innovation to existing marketing practices.</li>
<li>Develop and manage corporate social media platforms.</li>
<li>Seek out new marketing trends.</li>
<li>Assist with the planning of marketing strategies to grow online sales and traffic and engagement.</li>
<li>Interpret and understand every creative brief presented and finalization of all marketing communication materials.</li>
<li>Respond to owner and broker requests.</li>
<li>Coordinate mass marketing mailings.</li>
<li>Coordinate final artwork with external vendors for print production and ensure the material is printed within accurate specification.</li>
<li>Re-design, amend and update existing property marketing materials.</li>
<li>Other ad hoc tasks and duties to be assigned from time to time.</li>
