<li>Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and sanitation standards. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in staff performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when required. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate closely with front office and other departments to ensure smooth operations. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by management.</li>
