Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
   
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure quality and readiness.
   
• Assign duties, schedules, and workloads to housekeeping staff.
   
• Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping team members to maintain high performance standards.
   
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
   
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the engineering department for timely repairs.
   
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and efficiently.
   
• Maintain inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
   
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and sanitation standards.
   
• Assist in staff performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when required.
   
• Coordinate closely with front office and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
   
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
   
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
   
• Knowledge of housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, and safety regulations.
   
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
   
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
