Full Job Description

• Perform variety of building maintenance repairs and services such as mechanical & electrical, plumbing, air-conditioners, and, electricity.
• To supervise, check and inspect all MEP installations to ensure its functioning; and to ensure that regular scheduled servicing of the installations are carried out as part of preventive maintenance
• To check and inspect all lightings, fittings and timers to ensure its functionality;
• To inspect toilets, plumbing installations and sanitary fittings and other works such as carpentry, masonry, painting, welding (mechanical & electrical) and any other building maintenance related works as and when required;
• To be on standby during on-call and respond in a timely manner.
• Experience in plumbing/partition work/electrical.

Job Requirements

Requirements : -

• Good discipline and positive attitude
• At least 2 years relevant working experience
• Possess certificate in PW2/PW4 will be an added advantage
• At least SPM or IKM Tahap 3
• Able to start work immediately
