Job Description

  1. To ensure that all reservations are thoroughly reviewed prior to guests' arrival.
  2. To take charge of special requestes and any problems that may arise within the department on a day to day basis.
  3. To develop and to implement reservation procedures in support of marketing efforts.
  4. To establish tracking mechanisms that capture room night production by market segments and geographical origin to allow Sales to effectively evaluate and manage business sources.
  5. To maintain and update Reservation Manual.
  6. To establish and maintain good relations with corporate accounts, travel agencies, airlines and other booking sources.
  7. Responsible for receiving and processing room reservation requestes and online booking in the most courteous, friendly and efficient manner.
  8. To provide pertinent information on room categories and hotel facilities to guests.
  9. To handle room allotment from travel agenst, online portals and etc.
  10. Up-selling of room accomodation during high occupancy and no maximize revenue.
  11. Responsible for daily reservations processes, servciing guest needs and queries.
  12. Directs and coordinates the reservations daily activities, meetings, follow up with the hotel's processes and procedures.

  14. To work closely with operation team members and be responsible for ensuring that all sales inquiries are handled efficientlt and to a consistently high standard.
  15. To provide Sales & Front Office and updated room availibilty to maximize sales opportunity and minimze regrets build up.
  16. To track and to establish pick up trends, occupancy history and market segmetn development to facilitate the forecasting process.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required: A degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Hospitality Management is essential. MBA or Master’s in Data Science or Business Analytics is considered a significant advantage.
  •  Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or high-level financial analysis. 
  •  Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment (Hospitality, Airline, SaaS, or E-commerce) where dynamic pricing is a core business driver. 
  •  Experience leading cross-functional meetings with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align on commercial goals. 
  •  Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, VBA, and complex modeling) is required. 
  •  A deep understanding of digital distribution, third-party channels (OTAs), and cost-of-acquisition metrics. 
  •  Ability to remain calm under pressure and make high-stakes decisions in a rapidly changing market.
