Job Requirements

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 
  • Master’s degree or MBA (often preferred) 

Experience:

  • 8–12+ years in HR, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role 
  • Experience across multiple HR functions (generalist background preferred) 

Skills:
