Job Description

2+ years of experience working in a data center environment (e.g., data center operations, colocation, hyperscaler, enterprise DC, or equivalent critical environment role). Hands-on familiarity with server hardware and basic break/fix workflows. Basic knowledge of Linux (comfortable with fundamental commands and troubleshooting steps). Understanding of the data center ecosystem: cooling, power/electrical concepts, networking basics, and structured cabling. Comfortable working rotating shifts in an onsite operations environment (including on-call as required). Strong attention to detail, documentation, and process adherence.
