Job Description
You will play a key role in creating innovative systems that enable our customers to thrive in the global marketplace using Mendix. You'll receive training to enhance your capabilities from traditional coding to low-code development, with career growth possibilities leading to consultancy and management roles.
Projects are typically carried out on-site at client locations, and international travel will be necessary for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating applications utilizing the Mendix Low-code development platform
- Collaborating within agile development teams
- Defining functional and technical software specifications
- Testing and ensuring the maintenance of applications
- Gaining an in-depth understanding of clients’ businesses and industries to uncover new opportunities
- Maintaining effective communication with clients and supervisors
Job Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, ideally in Software Engineering or IT Management
- 4 to 7 years of software development experience
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Willingness to work with Low-code technology (training will be provided)
- A strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and be on time for appointments
- Outstanding problem-solving capabilities
- Motivated to learn and achieve success
- Proficient in English communication
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with React Native is a plus
- Familiarity with the Mendix platform is preferred
- Timeliness is essential
