Join Orangesoft, Malaysia's leading web design and development agency with 18+ years of experience and 500+ successful projects! We're seeking an enthusiastic Project Management Intern to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur.

As a Project Management Intern, you'll work alongside our experienced project managers and collaborate with our UI/UX designers, web developers, and digital marketers. You'll gain hands-on experience managing web development projects for prestigious clients including government agencies, property developers, and multinational corporations.

This internship offers exceptional exposure to the full project lifecycle of professional web development projects, from initial client briefings to final deployment. You'll learn industry best practices while contributing to real projects that create lasting digital impact for major brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating web design and development projects from inception to completion
• Support project managers in creating and maintaining project timelines, schedules, and documentation
• Facilitate communication between clients, designers, developers, and other stakeholders
• Participate in client meetings and help prepare project status reports
• Assist in quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination
• Support the team in ensuring projects are delivered on-time and meet client expectations

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Strong academic performance with CGPA 3.0 and above preferred
• Available for a minimum 3-month internship (6 months preferred)

Personal Attributes:

• Excellent command of English (written and verbal); Mandarin and Malay proficiency is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive, self-motivated learner with a positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, creative environment
