With over 18 years of experience and more than 500 successful projects, Orangesoft is at the forefront of delivering innovative web solutions to clients across industries. We are looking for a Project Management Intern to join our vibrant team in Kuala Lumpur.

As a Project Management Intern, you will work closely with our project managers and collaborate with UI/UX designers, web developers, and digital marketing specialists. You will gain hands-on experience supporting real web development projects for high-profile clients, including government bodies, property developers, and multinational corporations.

This internship offers comprehensive exposure to the full project lifecycle, from client briefings and planning to quality assurance and final project delivery. You will learn industry best practices, develop professional project management skills, and contribute to projects that deliver meaningful digital experiences for major brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating web design and development projects from start to finish.
• Support project managers in preparing timelines, schedules, and documentation.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
• Participate in client meetings and help prepare project updates.
• Support quality assurance and UAT coordination.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks to keep projects running smoothly.

Education & Background

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance preferred (CGPA 3.0+).
• Available for a minimum 3-month internship (6 months preferred).
