Join Orangesoft, Malaysia's premier web design and development agency with 18+ years of excellence and 500+ successful projects! We're seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Intern to support our growth initiatives and help expand our presence in the digital market.

As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you'll gain comprehensive exposure to B2B sales and digital marketing strategies in the web development industry. You'll work closely with our team to attract new clients, nurture existing relationships, and promote our services to businesses ranging from SMEs to government agencies and multinational corporations like IOI, Sunway, Ajinomoto, and MYCC.

This internship provides hands-on experience in both sales and marketing functions, giving you a complete understanding of how a successful digital agency acquires and retains clients in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentation materials
• Participate in client meetings and pitches (virtual and in-person)
• Create and schedule social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field
• Strong academic performance with passion for sales and digital marketing
• Available for minimum 3-month internship (6 months preferred)

Personal Attributes:

• Excellent command of English (written and verbal); proficiency in Mandarin and Malay is a strong advantage for diverse client communication
• Confident, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Resilient and positive attitude toward rejection and challenges
