Job Description

Orangesoft Sdn Bhd is looking for a self-driven Project Management Intern to join our team for 4 months (full-time, hybrid). You will support the delivery of client-facing IT projects alongside experienced project managers.

This is a hands-on role. You will help plan, coordinate, and track live projects — not just observe. No prior tool experience is needed; we will train you on everything.

What you will do:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking client project milestones
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely deliverables
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and risk logs

What you will learn:

• End-to-end project lifecycle management in a client-facing environment
• Stakeholder management and professional communication
• Project management tools and methodologies
• How to manage scope, time, and resources on real projects

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Available for a 4-month full-time internship
• Strong initiative — takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• A positive attitude and genuine eagerness to learn
