Expectation management

• Saavy with web sites and have an eye on which websites works and which doesn't. 
• A problem-solver to gather information, weigh the associated pros and cons and then formulate the best solution.
• Organisation skills in multitasking to oversee and coordinate tasks, produce presentations and reports, and delegate responsibilities.
• Time management to create a project timeline and maintain those deadlines throughout the project lifecycle.

People management

• Effective communication skills to constructively share their vision, goals, ideas and issues with clients and teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills for diplomacy and conflict resolution.
• Outstanding leadership to motivate and drive the dynamic of the team.

Risk management

• Applies critical thinking and a multi-perspective approach in implementing a risk mitigation strategy.

Job Requirements

1. Relevant study in Web Design, Web Development, Computer Science, Business Management, Software Engineering or any other fields.
2. At least 1 year of experience in web-related industry is an advantage.
3. Familiarity with or exposure to web design and development technologies, frameworks, and methodologies, enabling effective communication with designers and developers.
4. Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Demonstrated team management skills, motivating teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
6. Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
7. Customer-focused mindset to ensure clients' needs are understood, and expectations are met or exceeded. 
8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
9. Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling evolving project requirements and changing priorities with ease.
