Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive Web Specialist to help maintain and update our websites. This role focuses on website support and maintenance, with minor development tasks for those eager to learn. Design and Photoshop skills are a plus, but the main priority is keeping websites running smoothly.

Job Scope: 

• Maintain and update Magento, WordPress, Drupal and Kentico CMS based websites.
• Fix minor bugs and troubleshoot website issues.
• Update website content and assist with small feature improvements.
• Edit images and graphics for web use (basic Photoshop skills are a bonus).
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and usability.
• Basic knowledge of domain, DNS, and hosting configurations; familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
• Work with the team to prioritize tasks and solve problems.
• Learn new tools and skills to gradually take on more development tasks.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred; fast learners encouraged.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Magento, WordPress (Elementor, WooCommerce), Drupal and Kentico is a plus.
• Basic Photoshop or graphic editing skills are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese or Malay is a bonus.
