Own client website projects from kickoff to launch.

Orangesoft has designed, built and grown websites for brands across Malaysia and Singapore for over a decade. You will run the projects: the client's day-to-day contact, the team's source of priorities, and the person who always knows where every project stands.

What you'll do

• Run website projects: timelines, task boards, who owes what by when
• Turn client meetings into action lists, then follow them through to done
• Keep clients informed before they have to ask
• QA websites before launch against the approved design and brief
• Assemble monthly performance reports from Google Analytics 4 and Search Console with our tooling

• You would rather build or design than coordinate
• You wait to be told what is next
• Following up with people makes you uncomfortable

Working arrangement

• Puchong office (Bandar Puteri) Tuesday to Friday; work from home on Mondays
  

Job Requirements

You'd be a good fit if you have

• 1-3 years coordinating projects, client accounts or operations
• Written English clients trust; you will send status updates daily
• Calm with several live projects at once
• Comfort with numbers: budgets, timelines, analytics reports
• Existing right to work in Malaysia

Bonus points if you have

• Web agency, software or digital marketing project experience
• Exposure to GA4, Search Console or WordPress
• Malay or Mandarin for client calls
