Job Description

A Website Projects Managment and Team Lead lead must be someone with existing exeprience on website development, website design and website execution. He/She is responsible for planning, executing, and closing website projects within budget and on time. Key duties include defining project scope, setting, managing resources, mitigating risks, and acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders and team members. They lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. 

Job Requirements

• Planning & Scheduling website projects: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Budget & Resource Management: Control project costs, allocate resources (human, material, financial), and manage budgets.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Assemble, motivate, and lead project teams, ensuring collaboration and task completion.
• Risk & Issue Mitigation: Identify, track, and mitigate risks, and resolve issues as they arise to prevent delays.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status reports and managing expectations.
• Quality & Scope Control: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and manage scope changes to prevent "scope creep".
• Documentation: Maintain project documentation, reports, and data in project management tools. 
• Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, decision-making, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience: Generally 3+ years of project management experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in multimedia, business or a related field. Certification like PMP (Project Management Professional) is preferred.
