Keep client websites updated, secure and running.

Orangesoft maintains websites for brands across Malaysia and Singapore, built on a mix of Nuxt.js, Strapi, Drupal and WordPress. You will be the person those clients rely on: answering fast, updating safely, fixing what breaks, and escalating to the development team when a fix needs more than you. The stack varies; the habits do not.

What you'll do

• Handle client requests: content changes, page updates, bug reports, acknowledged the same day
• Apply CMS, plugin, module and dependency updates, always backup first, test after
• Diagnose what broke and where: the CMS, the front end, the server or the browser, then fix or escalate with a clear write-up
• Manage hosting basics: DNS, SSL, CDN settings, deployments
• Keep the maintenance log current so every client can see what was done

Not for you if

• You want to build new websites full time; this is care, not construction
• Careful, repetitive work bores you
• You guess instead of check

Working arrangement

• Puchong office (Bandar Puteri) Tuesday to Friday; work from home on Mondays
• Flexible start time between 7:00 and 10:00 AM
  

Job Requirements

You'd be a good fit if you have

• 1-3 years in web support, webmaster, helpdesk or junior web development work
• Working HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript, enough to make small fixes confidently
• Hands-on experience administering at least one CMS, any CMS
• Hosting basics: DNS, SSL, and how a site gets deployed
• Careful habits: backup first, test after, document what changed
• Written English clients understand; Malay or Mandarin helps
• Existing right to work in Malaysia

Bonus points if you have

• WordPress, Drupal, Strapi or Nuxt.js experience
• Git, Cloudflare, cPanel or a Node/PHP environment
• Site speed, security or SEO basics
