Responsibilities

• Assist the valuation team in building floor plan drawings using CAD software(s).
• Support the valuation report process by producing accurate and precise 2D drawings using software like AutoCAD, Revit, Visio or similar tools.
• Aid in the preparation of valuation report, including drafting drawings, compiling specifications, and generating reports as required.
• Maintain organised files and materials throughout the design and drafting phases to ensure efficient workflow and project continuity.
• Supported administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, preparing letters, bills, and
  updating client records in system

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering/Architecture or any related AutoCad Certification
• Good in 2D AutoCAD or any drafting software such as Esteem, Visio
• Possess at least 1 years of working experience is an advantage
• Attention to details and high level of accuracy
• Have the ability to work independently
• Have a good interpersonal skill to work effectively and communicate at all levels
