Job Description
- Conduct inspection and preparation of valuation reports
- Marketing and business development
- Liaison with bankers, clients and relevant parties
- Ensure the delivery of accuracy, timely, and complete reports
- To provide regular updates on specific property sectors
- To undertake market surveys and feasibility study and other relevant surveys
- To provide advisory services
Job Requirements
- Degree in Valuation/Property Development/Estate Management or equivalent.
- Experience in Property/Estate valuation.
- Proficient in both written & spoken(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Prospects for obtaining license / to be registered valuer.
- Candidate must be highly self-discipline & able to work independently.
- Good communications and organizational skills.
