Job Description

Job Summary

The HR Executive (Payroll & ER) is responsible for delivering end-to-end support across international payroll operations, employee relations management, and core HR administration. Working in close collaboration with the HR Manager and global Payroll team, the incumbent will ensure multi-country payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, rigorous audit standards, and transparent employee communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Operations & Compliance

  • Execute and manage domestic or international payroll processes in adherence to strict monthly schedules.
  • Audit and reconcile pre-payroll data, including time and attendance, leave balances, overtime calculations, and recurring or one-off allowances.
  • Assist with internal and external payroll audits, financial reconciliations, and summary report preparation for management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, investigating and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal HR and Finance teams to align compensation records across markets.

Employee Relations & Disciplinary Management

  • Draft formal employee relations documentation, including warning letters, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and separation/termination notices.
  • Assist in facilitating employee relations initiatives and follow up on formal workplace grievances or disciplinary cases.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential records regarding disciplinary actions and employee relations matters.

HR Administration & Asset Governance

  • Monitor and maintain records for company asset issuance, tracking, and recovery upon offboarding.
  • Compile and present routine HR operational reports, headcount summaries, and administrative metrics.
  • Facilitate general HR communications and provide coordination support across cross-functional remote teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll validation, or HRMS administration.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations processes and basic labor law documentation.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and proven record management capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse cultural contexts.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle confidential information with high integrity in a remote environment.
