Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our accounting department. This role will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and providing strategic insights to support our business objectives.

Job Descriptions: -

  • Able to handle full set of accounts (account payable and account receivable) and all financial reporting activities. 能够独立处理全套账目(包括应收账款和应付账款)及所有财务报告相关工作。 
  • To monitor full sets accounting for all branch from bookkeeping accounting entries to fully sets accountings including Trial Balance, Income Statements, Balance Sheets, GL, Inventory Control, Reconciliations, and monthly reporting and checking. 监督各分公司的完整账务流程,从日常账务记录到完整账务处理,包括 试算表、损益表、资产负债表、总账(GL)、库存管理、对账及月度报告审核。 
  • Debtor and creditor management including reviewing aging and reconciliation record. 管理债务人和债权人,包括审查账龄分析及对账记录。 
  • Prepare detailed journal entries and account analysis. 编制详细的会计分录和账户分析。 
  • To assist in account transactions, account checking, verification & follow up. 协助会计交易处理、账目核对、验证及后续跟进。 
  • Prepare timely monthly bank reconciliations. 按时完成每月银行对账。 
  • To ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date monthly accounts, cash flow statement, staff claims and various reports. 确保账务数据的准确性和完整性,包括 月度账目、现金流量表、员工报销及各类财务报告。 
  • To assist in collating, analyzing, summarizing and preparing accounts information and trends for finance reports, audit & tax purpose. 协助整理、分析、汇总会计信息,以供财务报告、审计及税务用途。 
  • To prepare a monthly Budget report breakdown for presentation to management review meeting. 编制月度预算报告,并在管理层会议上进行汇报。 
  • To liaise with external parties such as company secretary, auditor, banker, tax agent and so on. 与外部机构对接,如公司秘书、审计师、银行人员、税务顾问等。 
  • To perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor. 执行主管分配的其他临时任务。 

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/ STPM or equivalent. 至少具备 SPM/STPM 或同等学历。 
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 至少 2 年相关工作经验。 
  • Mandarin Speaker is an advantage. 会中文者优先考虑。 
  • Ability to work independently and as a team. 具备独立工作能力,同时能与团队合作。 
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment. 能够在快节奏的工作环境中处理多项任务并按时完成。 
  • Good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. 具备良好的分析能力、问题解决能力及组织能力。 
  • Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills as well as attention to detail. 熟悉基本的会计和簿记技能,注重细节。 
  • Experienced in accounting software is added advantage (especially in Autocount and ERP system) 具有会计软件经验者优先(尤其是 Autocount 和 ERP 系统) 
  • Good in computer applications (Microsoft Words, Excel). 熟练使用计算机办公软件(Microsoft Word、Excel)。 
  • Applicants must be willing to work at Bandar Puteri Puchong or Taman Perindustrian Putra, Puchong (Nearby Taman Mas). 申请者需愿意在 Bandar Puteri Puchong Taman Perindustrian Putra, Puchong(靠近 Taman Mas)工作。
