Job Description

To promote and sell Oriental Kopi products, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure an engaging in-store experience that drives sales. 

• Greet and approach customers proactively, introducing and demonstrating products.
• Explain product features, benefits, promotions, and upsell/cross-sell when appropriate.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain merchandise displays, ensure stock levels are adequate, and keep the retail area neat.
• Handle basic cashiering: process sales, payments, and issue receipts.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team/management.
• Support in promotional events, sampling, and campaigns.
• Follow company SOPs for customer service, product handling, and visual merchandising.

Job Requirements

• SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Previous retail/promoter experience is an advantage but not required.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with good communication skills.
• Able to speak Malay, English or Chinese to serve a wide customer base.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.
• Passionate about customer service and sales.
