Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Corporate Development Senior Associate to play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic investments and M&A activities within the construction and property development sectors. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong foundation in finance and a genuine interest in the technical aspects of foundation engineering and structural steel solutions. You will manage complex projects, mentor junior analysts, and contribute directly to high-level strategic decisions. Coordinate and oversee comprehensive due diligence processes (commercial, financial, legal, technical, and regulatory).
  • Financial Modeling & Valuation: Develop and refine sophisticated financial models, project feasibility studies, and valuation analyses (DCF, comparable company analysis, etc.) to assess project viability and investment returns.
  • Market & Industry Research: Conduct deep-dive market and competitive intelligence studies on property development trends, infrastructure projects, and foundation engineering solutions across ASEAN and China regions.
  • Corporate Reporting & Compliance: Prepare business plans and board-level corporate presentations. Manage documentation for local licensing and regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence to internal compliance standards.
  • Stakeholder & Project Management: Liaise with internal business units and external consultants to ensure project alignment and smooth execution. Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently.
  • Technical Integration: Work closely with the technical teams to understand the application of steel sheet piling systems (e.g., HZM combined walls, Type 3A sheet piles) and incorporate technical advantages into financial and strategic proposals
