  • Welcome walk-ins, attend and guide guest accordingly
  • Explain the services that we provide
  • Collect payment and make a record for all the sale made
  • Answering phone calls to arranging appointment for guest and answering general inquiries
  • Monitor social media channels by interacting with users and respond to messages, inquiries, and comments.
  • Responsible for the general hygiene and tidiness of the main waiting areas, rooms and reception.
  • Possibly managing outlets supplies and equipment usage such as stationery and stock
  • Monitor staff comply with sop and other customer service
  • Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management.

Job Requirements

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skill
  • Good spoken and written English & Bahasa Melayu, can speak Mandarin & Cantonese as an added advantage
  • Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, self-initiative and willing to learn
