Job Description

 Responsibilities :

  • Welcome & Greeting customers. Attend service enquiry from customers or clients’ call. Answering phone calls to arranging appointment for guest and answering general inquiries.
  • Responsible for the general hygiene and tidiness of the main waiting areas, SPA Rooms and outlet overall.
  • Monitor outlets supplies/stocks and equipment usage level and balance.
  • Perform Cashier function.
  • Monitor staff comply with SOP and other customer service
  • Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management.

Job Requirements

Requirement/Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skill, spoken & written.
  • Multilingual ability preferred, Cantonese as an added advantage
  • Enjoys to create memorable experiences for our guests with outstanding service and hospitality.
  • Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and well groomed
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, self-initiative and willing to learn
  • A team player but also be able to work independently
  • Being able to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with others
  • Expected Start Date: as soon as possible
