Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Field Sales & Outreach

• Support the sales team with prospecting via calls and in-person visits, and help follow up on leads to move them through the funnel.
• Assist in preparing simple proposals and quotations under supervision, and coordinate appointment schedules with customers.

Marketing Support

• Create basic marketing materials, draft social media posts, and help schedule online content with guidance from the team.
• Help run small local campaigns and record engagement metrics for review at weekly check-ins.

Data & Admin

• Maintain customer and lead databases, update spreadsheets, and prepare short reports to keep the team informed.
• Handle administrative tasks like documenting visit notes and filing digital records to keep operations smooth.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree, or a recent graduate in marketing, business, communications, or similar fields.
• Open to candidates with 0 years of experience and availability for an internship program.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Computer Literacy, familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace, and basic social media tools.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Attitude Control, good Communication, and strong Listening Skills to learn from customers and teammates.
