Job Description

• Develop and implement production plan and schedules
• Plan and arrange production schedule and involve in operator task assignment
• Monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolve problems and reporting results of the processing flow
• Request and ensure the raw materials or packaging materials received accordingly for smooth production process
• To supervise, communicate and coordinate regularly with operation team to ensure smooth flow of production in order to achieve production targets
• Ensure that production activities comply with the food quality standards, food safety guidelines and other safety regulations set by the organization
• Conduct performance reviews and provide employees with feedback to help them improve and meet targets
• Ensure proper utilization of resources to maximize productivity
• Evaluate equipment and machinery performance and take action to address any issues
• Monitor production costs and discuss changes with the Management to ensure cost efficiency
• Maintain accurate records and documents related to production process
• Participate in regular meetings with the management team to review progress and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor in Food Tech/ Food Science or equivalent
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in food manufacturing or production operation
• Good understanding in food safety, GMP, HACCP & ISO22000
• Able to work independently and work collaboratively in a fast-paced and team environment
• Fast learner, adaptable, initiative, good observation and keen to details
• Able to solve problems and make decision
• Proactive individual who can work effectively on-site
• Willing to work overtime and rotational shift if require
• Manufacturing factory located in Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang
