Job Description

• Assist in identifying and generating new business leads through online research, networking events, and cold calling. 
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and business partners. 
• Conduct email marketing campaigns and follow up with potential customers. 
• Support the Sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations. 
• Update and maintain customer information in the CRM/database. 
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business roadshows to generate leads. 
• Assist in scheduling meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients. 
• Support social media marketing activities by creating content and promoting the company's products and services. 
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. 
• Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports. 
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Mass Communication, or a related field. 
• Final semester students are preferred. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
• Confident in communicating with clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings. 
• Willing to learn sales techniques and business development strategies. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. 
• Own transportation is an added advantage.
