As a Dental Product Specialist you will build and scale our presence in your assigned territory by converting clinicians into long-term customers. You will run product demonstrations, deliver hands-on training, manage orders and collections, and create reliable sales pipelines that support our growth targets.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Sales & Territory Development

• Own your assigned territory and work towards achieving sales targets by building a consistent pipeline of clinics and hospitals.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and run planned territory activities to grow our customer base.

Customer Relationships & Training

• Build and maintain professional relationships with dentists, clinics and hospital teams through regular visits and timely follow ups.
• Deliver product demonstrations and hands-on training, and represent us at workshops, exhibitions and conferences to drive adoption.

Operations, Collections & Reporting

• Manage orders and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections within your territory.
• Provide reliable after-hours support when required and prepare regular sales reports that capture activity, pipeline and customer feedback.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Sales experience in dental, medical or healthcare industries is an advantage; fresh graduates with strong interest in dental sales are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to travel extensively within Malaysia, including outstation trips, and comfortable with flexible scheduling.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Confident in building professional relationships with dentists, doctors, dental clinics and hospitals.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Able to prepare clear sales and activity reports and use them to track performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and basic computer literacy.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Sales-driven, proactive and self-motivated with a focus on meeting targets.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Comfortable handling after-hours urgent calls when required and able to pick up new skills quickly on the job.
