Job Description

Responsible in providing administrative support in the areas of Accounts/Human Resource/Helpdesk

Oversees and ensure the management and implementation of internal controls and adherence to the company's standard policies and procedures

Perform office administrative functions for internal operation, external customer and supplier

Responsible for any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma with at least 2 years working experience in either Admin/Accounts/Human Resource field

Knowledge of accounting & payroll system, service desk and task management would be an advantage

Able to work independently and willing to learn

Able to interact will all levels of employees

Good command of English and Malay, both spoken and written

Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Word

Must be Malaysian citizen

Possess own transport
