As a Field Investigator you keep operations running smoothly by turning field observations into reliable evidence, coordinating with management, and delivering clear reports on time. You will conduct surveillance, evidence collection, verification, and targeted fieldwork across Malaysia and, when required, overseas to support enforcement activities.

Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct market surveys, online monitoring, and intelligence gathering to identify potential targets. 
• Identify, assess, and recommend actionable targets on a monthly basis across Malaysia.
• Perform field investigations, surveillance, verification, and online investigations based on assigned cases. 
• Execute raid and non-raid operations in accordance with approved operational plans and management instructions.
• Collect, preserve, and submit photographic and video evidence in compliance with company SOPs and quality standards. 
• Prepare verification reports, investigation reports, and case documentation within required timelines. 
• Coordinate with management and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of investigation activities.      
• Assist in seminars, training programmes, and operational assignments in Malaysia and overseas when required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
• Achieve assigned KPIs, operational targets, and performance standards.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management. 

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification. 
• Previous experience in investigation, enforcement, security, compliance, or related fields is an advantage. 
• Willing to travel extensively and perform outdoor fieldwork. 
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team. 
• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence. 
• Basic proficiency in using smartphones, email, AI tools, and Microsoft Office for reporting. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enforcement operations, surveillance, or intelligence gathering. 
• Familiarity with investigation SOPs, evidence handling, and report writing. 
• Strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
