&nbsp;The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. This role involves handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and assisting in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Financial Transactions &amp; Records</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Record daily accounting transactions accurately and timely in the accounting system.</li>
<li>Process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.</li>
<li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including payment follow-ups.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;2. Banking &amp; Reconciliation
<ul>
<li>Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of cash flow records. Monitor cash flow and prepare bank-in transactions.</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;3. Reporting &amp; Documentation
<ul>
<li>Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.</li>
<li>Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for audit and compliance purposes.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;4. Compliance &amp; Audit
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control policies.</li>
<li>Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties when necessary.</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;5. Month-End &amp; Year-End Closing
<ul>
<li>Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.</li>
<li>Assist in generating trial balances, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.</li>
</ul>
