Job Description

Lifecycle Strategy & Revival:

  • Database Re-activation: Develop and optimize lifecycle journeys specifically designed to revive leads and re-engage "quiet" lead segments.
  • Journey Mapping: Build end-to-end automations for onboarding, activation, and trial sign ups for our online classes.
  • Segmentation & Cohorting: Build meaningful user segments to deliver hyper-personalized communications.
  • Experimentation: Apply a hypothesis-driven "test-and-learn" approach through A/B experimentation to improve re-activation rates and LTV.

Campaign Execution & Operations:

  • Multi-Channel Delivery: Execute lifecycle campaigns across whatsapp, email, social media etc.
  • Automation & AI: Develop and manage automations and AI-driven tools to personalize the learning journey for every lead in our database.
  • Technical QA: Conduct thorough QA on all campaigns, including segmentation logic, Liquid templating, rendering, and tracking to ensure a seamless experience for leads.

Insights, Analysis & Reporting:

  • Retention KPIs: Track and report on lifecycle performance, focusing on activation, trial conversions and regular conversions.
  • Strategic Optimization: Identify gaps in the current user journey and propose creative solutions to improve channel effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Product & Brand Alignment: Partner with product team to ensure marketing communications feel like an extension of the Ottodot learning experience.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates on database health and the success of revival initiatives to the leadership team.

Job Requirements

What Makes You A Great Fit

  • Experience: 2–4+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing automation (B2C Education is a huge plus).
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRMs like Kommo.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML/CSS and Liquid templating for personalization. You should be comfortable navigating data structures and behavioral triggers.
  • Analytical Mindset: You enjoy digging into funnel data to find the "hidden" cohorts of users who are ready to be re-engaged.
  • Communication: Ability to write compelling copy that resonates with parents (trust/education) and excites kids (fun/adventure).
  • Values-Driven: You are curious, empathetic, and driven by the mission to make science education accessible and fun.
