Your role
You will oversee the distributors within the assigned region to align with business strategies and meet targets. Additionally, you will also develop trade-specific strategies, plan distribution routes, drive shipments and market sales, explore new opportunities, manage trade spend effectively, and coach distributors team to ensure outstanding trade execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience handling service outlet, preferably within the FMCG industry
- Skilled in managing operations across Kuching and Sibu.
- Experienced in driving change and building brands with an entrepreneurial mindset
