Job Description
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct daily store visits (GT, mini markets, provision shops, pharmacies).
- Take orders, check stocks, and ensure good shelf visibility & merchandising.
- Ensure promotions, POSM, and display setups are executed effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and distributors.
- Identify and open new stores to expand product distribution.
- Support and collaborate with distributor sales teams to drive in‑market sales.
- Monitor market activities, competitor insights, pricing, and report to your manager.
Job Requirements
- Experience in the FMCG field sales is required.
- Comfortable with daily store visits and physical activity.
- Good communication & basic negotiation skills.
- Independent, responsible, proactive, and target-driven.
- Must have a valid driving license and own transport.
- Familiarity with the Sarawak general trade landscape is a plus.
