Job Description
- Assist with recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Support onboarding/offboarding and prepare HR documents.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with HR administration, filing, reports, and data entry.
- Support employee engagement activities, training, and events.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and other HR operational tasks.
- Conduct HR research and perform ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements
- Available for a 3- or 6-months internship.
- Available immediately to 2 weeks’ time.
- Pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.
