Job Responsibilities

• Host and manage live stream sessions, showcasing and promoting products, services, or methods to potential customers.
• Demonstrate and explain products during live streams to effectively persuade customers to make purchases.
• Provide tailored product recommendations to meet customer needs during live sessions.
• Develop and produce engaging and creative content to captivate audiences across all online platforms.
• Drive increased exposure for the company's profile and grow the number of followers.
• Prepare reports and manage backend administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in live streaming, hosting, or content creation is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a dynamic and engaging on-camera presence.
• Interest in or knowledge of FMCG products (personal care, household care, etc.).
• Familiarity with live-streaming tools, e-commerce platforms, and basic video editing tools is a plus.
• Strong persuasive skills to influence purchasing decisions and achieve sales targets.
• Ability to think on your feet and handle live situations professionally.
• Innovative ideas for engaging content to attract and retain viewers.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to align with live-streaming schedules.
