Looking to gain real experience in video production — not just observe from the sidelines? At Our Stories Lab, we don’t believe in “just an intern.” You’ll be part of actual brand projects from day one, working closely with our production and social teams to plan, shoot, and edit content that makes an impact.

What You’ll Do:

Pre-Production
Work alongside the team to plan and prep for shoots — from storyboards and mood boards to casting and schedules. You’ll help make sure everything’s in place for a smooth shoot day.

Production (Shoot Days)
Be hands-on at shoots — helping with camera setup, lighting, gear, and more. You’ll support the team in capturing content for brands across different platforms.

Post-Production
Edit videos for social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram using tools like CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro. You’ll learn how to cut fast, creatively, and with purpose.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Mass Comm, Film, or similar
• Experience with basic editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro)
• Bonus: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or motion graphics skills
• Comfortable working on fast-paced projects and shifting priorities
• A team player who’s eager to learn and take initiative
• Open to feedback — we value growth over perfection
• Passionate about improving your craft and stepping up
