What You'll Do: As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Our Stories Lab, you will:

<li>Campaign Management &amp; Execution: Strategize and manage paid search and social campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and more. Perform recurring optimizations like bid management, budget pacing, and strategic testing to achieve the best results.</li>
<li>Reporting &amp; Insights: Analyze performance data and create actionable reports. Continuously track key metrics like CTR, conversions, and ROI to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and deliver impactful outcomes.</li>
<li>Optimization &amp; Problem Solving: Conduct regular audits and make adjustments to improve campaign performance. Resolve issues promptly and collaborate with the team to implement corrective actions for underperforming campaigns.</li>
<li>Growth Strategy &amp; Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, video editors, and designers to develop creative digital strategies. Contribute innovative ideas to media plans, experiments, and promotional campaigns that drive business growth.</li>
