Job Description

As an AI Chat Operator & Customer Experience Intern, you’ll be the bridge between customers and our brand—delivering a smooth, friendly, and efficient support experience across multiple channels. You’ll also manage and improve our AI chatbot to ensure it provides accurate, helpful responses and enhances the customer journey.

- Operate and optimize our AI chatbot to guide customers smoothly through their journey
- Resolve customer inquiries and product issues across ShopeeChat, WhatsApp, and email
- Provide fast and friendly support for product questions, updates, and concerns
- Arrange and follow up on replacement waybills or orders where needed
- Spot bottlenecks and suggest improvements to our customer service and operational flow
- Collaborate with the team to enhance chatbot replies and automation logic

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related fields
   
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written & verbal)
   
• Comfortable with tech tools and AI/chatbot platforms (training will be provided)
   
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a problem-solver
   
• Passionate about customer experience and learning how to scale support using automation
   
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, digital-first environment
