Brand Consistency & Guidelines

• Establish, maintain, and evolve comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure every visual—from ads to influencer collabs—stays aligned with OVER’s identity.

Creative Ad Development

• Design visually compelling ad creatives that convert and capture attention. You should have the ability to conceptualize and execute ideas independently or collaborate closely with our in-house graphic designer.

Influencer & Brand Collaboration Alignment

• Ensure all influencer and partner brand content maintains a cohesive look and feel that aligns with our brand values and aesthetic.

Kiosk Visual Updates

• Lead the monthly creative refresh of our offline kiosks by designing or overseeing the production of new standees and visual materials to highlight our latest collections and campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to bring campaigns to life with a unified, high-impact visual presence across digital and physical platforms.

Job Requirements

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years in a creative leadership role, preferably in e-commerce.
• Impressive Portfolio: Show us your ability to innovate and captivate through your previous work.
• Strong Communication: Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration and idea sharing.
• Creative Flair: The ability to inject humor, vibrancy, and uniqueness into your work, resonating with the OVER ethos.
