Job Description

• Create high-performing AI-generated UGC videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Use AI tools such as Higgsfield, Gemini, Kling, or similar platforms to produce engaging marketing videos.
• Edit AI-generated videos by adding captions, sound effects, transitions, music, and motion graphics to create polished, platform-ready content.
• Develop creative concepts and storyboards based on marketing campaigns, product launches, and current social media trends.
• Generate multiple creative variations of the same advertisement to support A/B testing and improve campaign performance.
• Write effective AI prompts and continuously experiment with new workflows to improve video quality and production efficiency.
• Collaborate with the marketing and performance marketing teams to produce conversion-focused creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest AI video generation tools, trends, and best practices, and recommend new techniques for the team.
• Assist with other video editing and creative tasks whenever required.

Job Requirements

• Familiar with AI video generation tools, especially Higgsfield. Experience with Runway, Veo, Kling, Pika, or similar tools is a strong advantage.
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of short-form content and what performs well on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
• Creative thinker with good visual storytelling and an eye for engaging edits.
• Experience creating UGC-style videos or AI-generated content is highly preferred.
• Able to write effective prompts for AI image and video generation.
• Passionate about AI, content creation, and staying ahead of the latest creative technologies.
• Able to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
